TECHNICAL SUPPORT

In direction with the demands received from the customers, TALPA is in a struggle for rendering top level qualified service always in anywhere throughout Turkey. The company undertakes to make repair at latest within 3 days since from the failure application made to the technical service. For the repairs exceeding 3 days, the manufacturing company Talpa will give the customer a new product as being free of charge as such to be used till the end of repair work.

WARRANTY

All our products are covered under 2 years TALPA warranty except misuses.

PERIODICAL MAINTENANCE

TALPA products are subjected to free of charge periodical maintenance semi-annually without waiting request of the customer.
